On Thursday 4 February, Year 5 were lucky enough to be involved in a Q & A with Sarah Beckett, a rugby star who represents Harlequins and England Rugby.
Sarah was able to share valuable insight into her life as a professional rugby player, detailing her role models, path into rugby and her favourite sporting moment. As part of Children’s mental health week, Sarah was also able to talk to the boys about how she deals with setbacks and prepares for each match she plays. One of the biggest takeaway points was how vital communication is to success!
We are extremely grateful to the Mr Murton and The Harlequins Foundation who were able to arrange this event, which I know the boys found extremely insightful!Categories: Girls' Prep School
