Location

Surbiton, famed for the ‘The Good Life’, is in an enviable location with the local Royal Parks of Richmond Park and Bushy Park providing over 3,400 acres of green space as well as the town being adjacent to the River Thames and the bustling historic market town of Kingston upon Thames.

Surbiton also benefits from frequent, quick access to central London (17 minutes direct by train and tube connections at Wimbledon) as well as Guildford, Woking, Portsmouth and Southampton via South Western trains.

This suburban setting is home to many families looking to balance their working life in central London whilst providing more spacious period properties and outdoor space than other locations nearer London offer.
