Girls’ Prep Wrap Around Care

Surbiton High School offers two main clubs to all our pupils of the Boys’ and Girls’ Prep, these are the Breakfast & After School clubs. Both clubs offer a great range of activities such as sport, board games, art and craft, construction kits and role play.

These clubs are an excellent way for your child to learn to make friends across the schools, learn new exciting skills and discover passions that could last a life time.

BREAKFAST CLUB

The Breakfast Club is available to both the boys’ and girls’ of the prep schools from 7.30am until the start of your child’s school day.

While attending the Breakfast Club, your child will be provided with a nutritious breakfast up until 8.15am. We provide a nutritious breakfast which includes a choice of cereal, yoghurt and fruit juice. Pupils are escorted to school for the start of the School day.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB

After School Club is available from the end of the school day until 6.00pm. A healthy snack is available which includes freshly made sandwiches, fruit and vegetables. There is a supervised quiet homework and study area for pupils.

HOLIDAY CAMP

Our Holiday Club welcomes all children from Reception to Year 6 attending Surbiton High Prep Schools, along with their siblings. Open from 8.00am to 6.00pm, it is the perfect way to keep your child entertained, active, and inspired.

Run by our dedicated Prep School team, each day is bursting with a variety of activities designed to ignite curiosity and keep children engaged for hours. From sports and creative sessions to practical life skills and mindfulness, there is something for every child to get involved in.

Booking is via SchoolsBuddy (www.schoolsbuddy.net), on a first-come, first-served basis. You can choose individual days or a whole week. If you would like to book a sibling who does not attend one of our Prep Schools, please complete the attached form and email it to prepholidayclub@surbitonhigh.com. We are delighted to be able to accept Childcare Vouchers as payment and charges will be made in arrears to your next school bill.

CANCELLATION & FEES

As the clubs are very popular, if you have booked a place but no longer require it, please cancel via email to afterschoolclub@surbitonhigh.com so that we may allocate the space to another pupil.

The current fee for the Breakfast Club is £11/day and for the After School Club £10/hour (for up to and including the first hour, thereafter £7.50/hour). The fee is shown on the termly bill, in arrears. Please note that we require 24 hours’ notice as per our policy to cancel a booking and for bookings made and not cancelled, an £23 per session fee is applied. All children should be collected by 6.00pm. There is a fee for late collection of pupils after 6pm of £25.00 and this is applied per pupil.
