MORRISBY PROFILING

Good career and education planning have never been more important as global competition grows and the options on offer become more complex. With this in mind, we use the Morrisby Careers Profile at Surbiton High School to ensure the best possible foundation for your daughter’s career and education planning. All Senior School pupils  are enrolled from Year 7, enabling them to use one Careers and Education psychometric profile throughout their time at School. Once in Year 10, the girls will complete the entire Morrisby profile including aptitude, personality and (retake) interest assessments. The aim is to help understand students’ abilities, personality and interests; making links to future subject, university and career choices. It is an invaluable tool in supporting more near-term decisions, such as A-level choices. In Years 11 and 12, our in-house staff will provide a full Careers and Options interview with Morrisby feedback.

A one-off fee of £35 is added to the Spring Term bill for all Senior School new joiners.
