Over the course of this term we have had a number of parents concerned about the amount of misinformation they have received through their class and parents’ WhatsApp groups.
Clearly as a school we have no control over what parents share and text, however, there have been occasions when parents have been distressed by the tone and content of messages received linked to the school.
As you are aware we very much have an open door policy and as such we are always happy to discuss on an individual level any concerns that you may have.
Could I please request that when sharing information on social media, and in particular via group WhatsApp messages, that consideration is given to the wider audience that may be receiving such messages and who may be offended by the tone, content and opinions expressed.
