Surbiton High School is delighted to celebrate the achievements of three pupils who proudly represented England during the February half-term in international hockey fixtures against Ireland.
Phoebe G (Under 16), Sophie O (Under 18) and Phoebe B (Under 18) were selected to play for their respective England age group teams, with all three pupils competing in two matches each at Lilleshall National Sports Centre.

This occasion was particularly memorable for Phoebe G and Sophie O, who each received their first international caps for England. Representing their country for the first time is a significant milestone and reflects the dedication, commitment and talent they have shown in their development within the sport.
The matches provided an excellent opportunity for the pupils to compete at a high level and to gain valuable experience within the England pathway. Playing against Ireland in an international setting is a notable achievement and demonstrates the high standard of hockey within Surbiton High School.
The School is immensely proud of Phoebe G, Sophie O and Phoebe B for their accomplishments and for representing both their country and Surbiton High School with such distinction.
