Surbiton High School hosted a highly successful University and Careers Fair at Surbiton Assembly Rooms, welcoming around 300 attendees, including pupils from local secondary schools. The event provided an excellent opportunity to explore a wide range of higher education and career pathways, with representatives from leading universities including Nottingham, Bath, Birmingham, Durham, the University of the Creative Arts, Trinity Laban and Queen’s University Belfast offering advice on courses, admissions and university life.
Alongside the university representatives, professionals from a range of sectors provided valuable one-to-one guidance on careers in psychology, nursing and law, as well as broader graduate opportunities. The event was extremely well attended, giving pupils the opportunity to ask questions, gain first-hand insights and make more informed decisions about their future education and careers.
