Founded by Place2Be, this week highlights the importance of the well-being of children all over the world. This year’s focus is “This Is My Place”. It encourages us to create a sense of belonging at home, at School and within the community.
Here at Surbiton High School, this is something we can achieve by following one of our core values: Community. In the classroom and in the playground, we can ensure that everyone feels they belong within our Surbiton community.
Another way to show this is by being there for our friends, providing warm support to one another, and having faith and trust that our teachers will always support us. By doing this, everyone will feel that the Surbiton High community is for them.
