In a heartwarming display of solidarity, staff, former staff, and alumnae came together last Friday evening to raise funds for Maggie’s Centre at the Royal Marsden in Sutton. The event was organised to support an alumna and her family as she bravely lives with her diagnosis.
The fundraiser featured a lively quiz night, where 16 teams competed in a series of challenging questions. The quiz included a special round dedicated to testing participants’ knowledge of the school, adding a nostalgic touch to the evening. After a closely contested competition, Mrs. Adams and her team emerged victorious, clinching the win by a narrow margin.
The event was a resounding success, raising a total of £3000 for Maggie’s Centre. The funds will go towards providing vital support and resources for Maggie’s at the Royal Marsden in Sutton.
