Our U11 boys were crowned IAPS Cricket Champions following an outstanding day of cricket hosted superbly at Ashford Prep School.
The tournament brought together some of the strongest prep school sides in the region, providing a high-quality competitive environment throughout the day. From the outset, our team demonstrated excellent focus, discipline, and a real commitment to playing positive, team-first cricket.
Across the competition, the boys delivered a remarkable set of performances, winning all four of their matches to secure the title in emphatic fashion. Each game required adaptability and resilience, with the team responding intelligently to different opposition challenges and match situations. Whether defending totals or chasing with composure, the boys consistently showed maturity beyond their years.
With the bat, there were several composed and impactful innings that laid strong foundations, while the bowlers maintained disciplined lines and lengths, building pressure and taking key wickets at crucial moments. In the field, the team’s energy, communication, and commitment to saving runs proved just as decisive.
Beyond the results, the standard of teamwork and sportsmanship was exemplary. The boys supported one another throughout, stayed focused under pressure, and represented the school with real pride and humility.
