On Thursday 7 March the boys celebrated World Book Day. The day started with a phenomenal parade of book character costumes. The boys and staff blew us all away with their creativity. The boys wrote to their favourite authors, heard stories from different teachers and KS2 boys had an incredible talk from author Ben Davis.
Author Talk
On World Book Day Ben Davis visited the Boys’ Prep to talk about his books, including: My Brilliant Plan to Fix Everything, The Soup Movement, What’s That in Dog Years?
The award-winning author talked about his inspiration for his stories from real life events and how with a dash of imagination you can turn them into a story. He was witty, insightful and the boys were very entertained.
