Surbiton High School celebrated National Poetry Day and provided the Year 7 girls with the chance to write their own or share their favourite poetry during the afternoon event.
It was great to see so many people taking part, both pupils and staff alike, as they each took their turn to read aloud an array of different works to their audience of listeners.
It really has been a wonderful event to see so many people enjoying, discovering and sharing poetry.
