On Friday 3 March, the Year 3 and 4 Boys’ Prep and Girls’ Prep took part in a Borough Cross Country competition at Hinchley Wood. Surbiton showed their stamina and endurance throughout the race, even up and down the hill! Amongst seven local schools who were running, Surbiton shone and the team spirit was flying high throughout the support and cheering. We had some participants finishing in the top 5 places and received medals:
Ellie came 1st in Year 3 race – Gold medal
Clodagh came 4th in Year 3 race
Eva came 2nd in Year 4 race – Silver medal
Overall Surbiton High Boys’ Prep and Girls’ Prep came 2nd receiving silver medals. Well done to all who took part!
