On Wednesday 25 May, two Year 3 boys and two Year 4 girls from the Prep Schools were invited to take part in the Kingston Borough Tennis Festival at Surbiton Tennis Club. They played five-minute games against six local primary schools which resulted in lots of fun all round. The event organisers were very impressed with the standard of tennis, especially as the boys played a year group above their own.
It was a delight to see the array of tennis talent we have here at Surbiton High School and maybe we will have a future Andy Murray or Emma Radacanu on our hands?!
