The events below are tailored specifically to those pupils (and their families) who have been offered a place for Year 7 2024 entry. The ‘Discover More’ events allow you to delve deeper into our approach to education and discover more about the exciting future that lies ahead in the Senior School at Surbiton High School. These include:
Offered Places Marketplace Events
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to meet with staff from every aspect of Senior School life and ask any burning questions that you may have about co-curricular, curricular activities, and well-being. There will be a short presentation followed by an opportunity to explore our marketplace; where you will be able to meet Heads of Department and staff from every aspect of Senior School life and they will be able to answer your questions. Over twenty stalls will include everything from curriculum subjects to Academic Life, AI and Education, Careers, Creative Writing, Pupil Reporting, Well-being and Year 7. Members of both our Senior Leadership Team and Admissions Team will also be on hand for you to speak with.

Taster Sessions
This is an opportunity for pupils to immerse themselves in the teaching at the Senior School. From the comfort of their own home, pupils can participate in a Creative Writing session. If your daughter is unable to make the session but would like to participate, please register and she will be able to watch the live recording at an alternative time.

Tuesday 27 February: Creative Writing Virtual Taster Session, 4.30pm-5.30pm.
