The events below are tailored specifically to those pupils (and their families) who have been offered a place for Year 7 2024 entry. The ‘Discover More’ events allow you to delve deeper into our approach to education and discover more about the exciting future that lies ahead at Surbiton High School. These include:
Offered Places Marketplace Events
These are a fantastic opportunity for you to meet with staff from every aspect of school life and ask any burning questions that you may have about the curriculum, co-curricular activities or well-being. Members of our Senior Leadership Team and Admissions Team will also be on hand for you to speak with.
Visit to Hinchley Wood Sports Ground
If you haven’t yet seen our 39-acre site, then this is a wonderful opportunity for you to visit the Hinchley Wood Sports Ground after one of our Marketplace Events. Simply select the ‘Discover More and HW’ ticket option when you make your booking.

Taster Sessions
This is an opportunity for pupils to immerse themselves in the teaching at Surbiton High School. From the comfort of their own home, pupils can participate in a Creative Writing session. If your daughter is unable to make the session but would like to participate, please register and she will be able to watch the live recording at an alternative time.
Tuesday 27 February: Creative Writing Virtual Taster Session, 4.30pm-5.30pm.
