Mr David Williams

After studying Education at the University of Roehampton, gaining a BA First-Class Hons degree, David remained in situ and went on to complete a PGCE in Primary Education. Since commencing employment, he has taught in both state and independent schools, and has been a Deputy Head at the Girls’ Preparatory School for the last four years, during which time he has overseen the rollout of iPads to our Key Stage 2 pupils.

Outside of Surbiton High School, David is a family man with a wife, three children and a dog – all of whom keep him busy at the weekends either as a chauffeur to their many activities or enjoying bike rides, walks and eating delicious home-cooked meals! David likes to travel but is as happy camping during a UK staycation as he is flying abroad, though right now his dream location to visit would be kayaking around Vancouver Island, doing a spot of whale watching on the way followed by some kamikaze mountain biking in Whistler!
