Nick works for the Houston Lawrence Commercial Property Team. Nick was involved in the very early days of business park development, such as Stockley Park as well as development land sales in London Docklands working closely with the LDDC (London Docklands Development Corporation). Since then, he has been a Partner at Cotton Thompson Cole, a multi-disciplinary surveying practice and then formed Coughlan Lewis, continuing to focus on agency, development and investment in South West London. Nick provides excellent counsel with respect to school premises.
