Sixth Form Scholarship Portfolio Submission

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I include in my portfolio?

Each Scholarship will have a different set of criteria, however, most will require you to upload evidence of your achievements, references from a coach or teacher, photographic or video submissions etc. You can find further information for each scholarship, here.

Please note that if you have applied for an Academic or Dame Angela Rumbold Scholarship, or the Green & Silver Award, you do not need to upload a portfolio for these Scholarships. You will be contacted separately regarding these, closer to the time of consideration.

How do I upload my portfolio?

The Admissions team will have provided you with a link to our secure Sharepoint folders. Clicking on this link, you will be taken to a folder entitled as your name, e.g., ‘SMITH, Jane’. Within this folder, you will see another folder for each scholarship that you have applied for e.g., ‘Dance’ and ‘Rowing’.

To upload documents, click on ‘Upload’ and then select the document you wish to upload.

You are not restricted by file size, or file type. However, we ask that where possible, files are uploaded in commonly used file types, e.g., word documents, PDF, .mov, .jpeg etc.

You must ensure that your files are named suitably. For example, ‘Jane Smith, Hockey Highlights’.

When is the deadline to upload my portfolio?

The deadline to submit your portfolio of evidence is midday on Friday 22 September 2023. Once the deadline has passed, the upload links will expire, and no further submissions will be considered.

What if I have questions regarding the Scholarship or Portfolio?
