We are delighted to welcome your family to Surbiton High Boys’ Preparatory School. These school open events allow families to experience the School in action and gain a genuine sense of our vibrant learning environment. Since places fill quickly, we encourage early booking. We will continue to add additional dates throughout the year.
Upcoming Open Event Dates
- Wednesday 13 May 2026 – 10.20am – 11.30am
You will have the chance to hear from our Head, Mr King and hear what makes our Private Boys’ School such a unique and exciting place to learn. Our Student Leadership Team will be on hand, and they will be happy to answer your questions about their experience at the Boys’ Preparatory School. The event will start with a short presentation at Mary Bennett House, located on Maple Road, and will be followed by a tour of Charles Burney House (Reception – Year 3) and Avenue Elmers (Year 4 – Year 6).
Our Open Mornings are primarily aimed at pupils looking to join us in Reception or Year 3 for 2027 entry and beyond. However, we do sometimes have occasional places for other year groups, so we welcome attendance for families looking for other year groups.

Occasional Places
Surbiton High Boys’ Prep School occasionally has places available in year groups other than Reception and Year 3. If you are interested in entry to any other year group, please contact the Admissions Department via our Enquiry Form to find out about the availability of places. Our Admissions Team will be pleased to guide you through the application process and arrange a visit should a place be available.
