U11s at the National School Gymnastics

Posted: 23rd May 2024

Leo and Owen represented Surbiton at the National Schools Gymnastics Finals this year and did the School proud. The boys competed in two categories.

The first was the U11 Floor and Vault competition where they competed as part of a mixed team. Skilfully, they performed individual floor routines comprising of a range of gymnastics skills and did so with control and precision. Additionally, they completed two dynamic vaults, which showed great flight and explosivity. These brilliant performances earned the boys a silver medal.

The second category they competed in was as an U11 Boys Pair. This category required the boys to complete a choreographed routine together that included balances and tumbles. The boys delivered a near-faultless performance to take home the bronze medal. A fantastic weekend of gymnastics, well done boys!
