The Senior School gathered at St Mark’s Church on Wednesday 11 December to celebrate the traditional Christmas service of lessons and carols. The congregation enjoyed a variety of excellent musical pieces by our choirs and together with our Brass Quintet supported hearty congregational singing. Representatives of different groups from our school community, including pupils, staff and alumnae read the lessons. The Reverend Robert Stanier led the congregation in prayer and gave the blessing and received the school’s Christmas offering in support of Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness.
This service is always a wonderful way to bring our community together at this time of year.
