Odd Sock Day – written by Journalist Maya, 6S

Posted: 30th November 2022

School was awash with colour on Odd Sock Day. We started off with House activities led by House Captains celebrating our differences and getting to know each other. Every House had a different activity. We were handed socks as we entered and told to find people with matching socks. It was amazing getting to know so many people and learning things about them that we didn’t know. We wore odd socks to mark the beginning of anti-bullying week and celebrate how unique we are. The girls from Reception through to Year 6 enjoyed the opportunity to meet new people and celebrate our differences.
