Writing Letters Inspired by ‘Dear Earth’

Posted: 15th June 2021

Ms Fraser has been persuading us to think about how special our planet is by writing letters to the Earth, inspired by the book, ‘Dear Earth’.

On Diversity and Inclusion (on Showbie) we listened to the book being read by Isabel Otter.  We then had a closer look at the pictures in our mentoring groups. The Earth is dying all because of us: it’s up to us to fix our beloved Earth. Here are some of the day-to-day activities which are destroying the earth: littering, burning fossil fuels, idling cars, killing animals for land use, using unnecessary electronics, and many more.

We urge you to keep these problems in mind and do your part to protect our Earth.
