Last Friday, we shared a showcase of the boys’ French in a very entertaining version of ‘The Three Little Pigs’.
Each year group demonstrated their language learning individually, which was edited into a whole-school performance.
We were treated to a wonderful array of songs, book readings and drama about everything from numbers and greetings to days of the week, parts of the body, classroom objects, house descriptions, school subjects and opinions.
Having so far only seen their own performance, each class loved watching the production as a whole in Friday’s assembly. To get into the French spirit, the boys also enjoyed croissants while watching the show and everyone had a great time celebrating their achievements. It is so lovely to hear the boys speaking and singing in French. Bravo Surbiton High Boys’ Prep!
