BP Easter Egg Hunt

Posted: 15th June 2021

The Year 3 and 4 boys both had exciting Games lessons this week with an Easter egg hunt eggstravagaanza!

Split into relay teams of three or four, the boys had to negotiate the perimeter of our Hinchley Wood playing fields searching for ‘eggs’. These coloured pieces of card, our ‘eggs’, were hidden underneath numerous cones, spread across the playing fields. Once the card was found, the boys had to race back down the field and give to Mr Blood, our scorer, before their teammate could start.

The PE Department were so impressed with the energy that the boys showed as they repeatedly ran the perimeter of the fields. Once everyone had run three or four times, it was over to Mr Blood to add up the points. The winning team was delighted to win some Easter eggs to take home, and the remaining boys also won small eggs to enjoy.

Well done to all the boys! It was great to see them thoroughly enjoy their afternoon.
