Our two little hungry caterpillars were lucky enough to join in with an informative session hosted by our catering team.
The aim was to encourage Reception to try new foods or those mentioned in the famous book!
Our pupils were so engaged to hear the story of ‘The Hungry Caterpillar’ come to life. They were then encouraged to demonstrate their creativity and make a pattern out of peppers, carrots, sweetcorn and melon.
It was a fantastic event, and the rest of the School were a little envious, particularly when Jessica and Dia’s butterfly patterns were selected to receive a copy of the book.
